Vonage Holdings Corp., a leading provider of broadband telephone services, will report its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2006 before the U.S. financial markets open on Tuesday, August 1, 2006. Management will host a webcast discussion of the quarter's results on Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at 8:30 AM Eastern Time.
